wotakoi season 2

Wotakoi Love Is Difficult for Otaku The anime was made into a TV show from a webmanga series written and drawn by Fujita. It was made by A-1 Pictures, which we already know from Kaguya-sama: Love is War. Yoshimasa Hiraike directed the anime, which was made by the same company. The show was first shown on Fuji TV in Japan from April 13, 2018, to June 22, 2018.

With the rights to show Amazon Video and to show it in English, it became more popular all over the world. On March 29, 2019, after the first season of 11 episodes, A-1 Pictures made its fans happy with an OVA episode. The good news is that a new OVA episode will be published in 2021. On the other hand, fans want a second season, so has the show been re-run?

Season 2 of Wotakoi

Fujita wrote and starred in Wotakoi: Love Is Hard for Otaku, a Japanese web manga. Pixivi was the site where it first went live on the 17th of April, 2014. After Comic Pool, Ichijinsha, and Pixiv worked together to distribute web manga, it began serialisation on November 6, 2015.

On April 30, 2015, Ichijinsha started selling manga on paper. By August 2020, ten volumes had been sold, with more than 10 million copies printed, including a computerised version of the manga. A-1 Pictures made a version of the anime that was shown on the Noitamina channel from April to June 2018.

The Wotakoi Characters

People who appear in the show Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku have many roles, but four of them are very important. Below, we've given you a brief history of each of these main characters. Narumi Momose is the main female character in the show. She is a 26-year-old who loves manga, anime, and video games.

Narumi likes a lot of different types of movies and TV shows, but she has a special love for male-male romance. Narumi is a fujoshi, which means that she doesn't want to show off her hobbies in public. As a result, she tries to hide her hobbies as much as possible. However, Hirotaka, who was her childhood friend, sees through the ruse and the two start to date.

During the show, Hirotaka Nifuji is a 26-year-old man who also likes to play games. Hirotaka likes manga and anime, but he also likes video games. He is a big fan of first-person shooter (FPS) games, fighting games, and action games. Hirotaka, who is also an otaku, thinks that he and Narumi are the perfect match for each other.

He convinces Narumi to date him. As the show goes on, Narumi and Hirotaka fall in love with each other. But they have a hard time keeping their relationship going because of their awkwardness with each other and their tendency to be alone.

In the show, Tarou Kabakura is a 28-year-old who works in the same office as Narumi and Hirotaka. She is one of the prime characters in the programme. When Tarou looks mature, he also looks like an otaku, which means he likes manga and anime. This is why he looks so good.

Tarou, on the other hand, isn't as obsessed with pop culture as the typical otaku and has a life outside of it as well. Last but not least, Hanako Koyanagi is a 27-year-old beauty who works in the same office as Hirotaka and Narumi. She is the last main character in the show.

Hanako, too, is an otaku, but her favourite things to do are drama, stage theatre, manga, and anime. She and Tarou fight a lot, but even though they fight a lot, they have a good relationship.

Second Season Plot

It is extremely likely that a new season will begin just where the most recent thing that people care about ends. In one of the OVAs, Nao finally learns that Kou is a girl. Even though the acknowledgement comes with humiliation for both of them, the two can work together and go out on the town, which makes them think about their relationship.

The first season covered the manga's first four volumes, and if the next season has the same number of scenes and OVAs, it's possible that volumes five through eight will be changed. In this way, fans can expect to see Narumi's first cosplay attempt, and Nao and Kou's blossoming relationship.

Hanako's heartwarming proposal after she loses her most prized possession: the coordination with an accessory that Kabakura gave her when she was in high school. Many people will be geeky, have a lot of misconceptions, and especially, fall in love.
