What is the Release Date for The White Lotus Season 3?
It’s difficult to predict when The White Lotus’ third season will premiere given that the first season premiered in July 2021 and the second season premiered in October 2022.
Yet, given the early announcement of the renewal, we may assume that filming will shortly begin and that the third season will most likely air in late 2023 or early 2024.

Who Will Be Back for Season 3 of The White Lotus?
Before the end of season two, it seemed likely that Jennifer Coolidge would be back for season three. Tanya is the only main character to have been in both seasons so far, along with her sketchy husband Greg, who is played by Jon Gries.
But now that Tanya is gone, does that mean that Jennifer Coolidge is done with the show for good, or could she come back in a different role?
So, if Jennifer comes back for a third season to play Tanya’s long-lost twin sister, who else could join her? Since all of these stories take place in the same universe, anyone who makes it through the first two seasons could technically come back. After that amazing performance in the last episode of season two, we think Meghann Fahy will be back.
Greg, Tanya’s evil ex-husband and a cowboy, could also come back now that his wife has died, but Jennifer Coolidge doesn’t seem to like that idea at all.
“Greg should go to a terrible jail, which is what I want for him. I think that for him, dying would be too good and too easy “Coolidge told Deadline after the last episode of the second season came out.
“He is a really creepy guy who planned to kill this woman. From the start, he saw that she had a lot of money and wanted to steal it and kill her. So I think he deserves something bad to happen to him.”
Men’s Health said that Jack Black and Laura Dern could be great additions to the cast because they have worked with Mike White in the past. In fact, Dern played Dom’s wife Abby over the phone in a cameo in season two, so that could be a great way to bring her in.

Creator Mike White discussed the potential topics for the third season in an interview with HBO following the release of the season finale. “In a way, the first season focused on money, while the second season is all about sex. I believe that the third season might take a humorous and satirical look at mortality as well as Eastern religion and spirituality. A second visit to The White Lotus seems like it would be a rich tapestry.”
