Rayleigh swam across the monster-infested Calm Belt to get to Amazon Lily, too, and he made it there unharmed despite having to battle off Sea Kings with nothing but his bare hands.

Sabo is Dragon's second-in-command as Revolutionary Army chief of staff. Sabo relied on Haki to overcome his opponents before ingesting the Mera Mera no Mi. Sabo defeated Fujitora in Dressrosa and saved Kuma from Marijoa, despite not fighting yet. These feats show his might.

After the Shichibukai regime was disbanded, Dracule Mihawk was wanted anew. Mihawk, the “Strongest Swordsman in the World,” is a top fighter. As the “Naval Hunter,” Mihawk relentlessly pursued Navy personnel. Shanks and Mihawk were rivals, and their fight shook the Grand Line. Mihawk deserves 3,590,000,000 berries for his many accomplishments.

7. Eustass Kid

The Kid Pirates' captain, Eustass Kid, was one of the Straw Hat Pirates' key friends in Wano Country. Kid and his team, from South Blue, created a name for themselves quickly and had over 400 million berries when they first appeared.
