Xur’s location is quite constant for a week. From the planet of Solar systems, he used to jump on one planet and remain there for about one week. In this short time period, you can buy whatever you want from him.

How to Get to Xur’s Location
Xur’s location is quite difficult to find if you are a noob but quite easy if you know the parameters of the game. This week Xur is standing on standing on a walkway in the Tower Hangar behind Dead Orbit.
If you want to know Xur’s exact location then just do one thing start walking away from the Hangar Tower( courtyard). After running out make sure to come out from Hangar and now take a left turn and go just in front of the corner.
When you reached the center corner you’ll see the location of the “Dead Orbit” and when you look here and there you will find Xur standing there o give you some exotic weapons like Citan’s Ramparts- Titan Gauntlets (23 Legendary Shards), Orpheus Rig – Hunter Leg Armor ( 23 Legendary Shards) , the Stag – Warlock Chest Helmet (23 Legendary Shards) and so on.
