Where is Suge Knight? Why He is Imprisoned?

Death Row Records was a major enterprise that exemplified Black entrepreneurship. After the company practically turned Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre become superstars, virtually every rapper desired to collaborate with it.
Suge Knight, who was essentially the godfather of rap, presided over the enormously profitable corporation. However, Knight was no stranger to celebrity controversies, and in the early 2000s, the music entrepreneur fell from grace. Where is Suge Knight currently?
Where is Suge Knight Now?
Suge Knight had a knack for finding talent, but his method was harsh. In the late 1990s, Knight was incarcerated for assault, parole, and probation offenses. However, it appears that the music magnate did not learn from his stint in prison.
In 2015, Knight drove over Terry Carter, an entrepreneur, with his pickup truck. Knight also severely assaulted former Compton gang member Cle Sloan during the same incident because he believed his likeness was being used in the film Straight Outta Compton. Knight confronted the crew, escalating the situation.
NBC News stated that Sloan attempted to assault Knight, but the Death Row Records executive broke Sloan’s ankles with his truck before fatally running over Carter, who had attempted to flee.
A judge found Knight guilty of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced him to 28 years in jail in 2018 after severe health difficulties delayed the verdict. The first 22 years were for running over Carter, and the additional six years were for the former hip-hop executive’s third strike.
Suge Knight is currently spending his time at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, a California state prison located near San Diego, and will be available for parole in 2034.

Suge was sentenced to 28 years in prison in 2018 after pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter in connection with a fatal 2015 hit-and-run. In October 2034, he would be parole-eligible. He was previously arrested for numerous other reasons.
Leaked F.B.I. interview files implicated Suge in the murders of Biggie and Tupac, suggesting that the music tycoon had engineered their deaths. After it was revealed that Tupac was planning to leave Death Row Records and that Suge had Biggie murdered to deflect attention from the first killing, his alleged role was called into question.
He denied participation in both murders. Despite several rumors and allegations, Suge has not been charged with either murder. Tupac remarked to Suge following the drive-by shooting, “You were the target of the headshot. You fired at the head.”
