After a busy June capped by the release of Squid Game season 3 and last week’s influx of over 60 new movies and series for the start of July, Netflix returns to a more typical, yet still packed, schedule this week. Let’s explore the new titles arriving on Netflix from July 7th to 13th, 2025, including some highlights. Keep in mind these additions are alongside the weekly episodes of ongoing series.
WWE Raw will continue its live Monday broadcasts on Netflix, while new anime episodes of Puniru Is A Cute Slim arrive Sunday. Additionally, ONE PIECE and The Summer Hikaru Died premiere on Saturday. New episodes of Cinderella Closet will keep releasing on Wednesdays.
On the removal side, if you’re in the middle of watching This Is Us, you’ll need to finish quickly as all six seasons will be removed on Tuesday. Other titles leaving include Dumb Money, Tickled, and The Neon Highway.

Sullivan’s Crossing (Seasons 1-2)

Missing Virgin River? Netflix is bringing another adaptation of Robyn Carr’s novels with Sullivan’s Crossing. While it differs in many ways from Virgin River, it shares much of the same spirit and should appeal to fans awaiting season 7 of Virgin River. The series originally aired on The CW in the U.S. and CBC in Canada, debuting in March 2023 and recently concluding its third season. Netflix is acquiring the first two seasons, totaling 20 episodes.
The story follows a neurosurgeon who returns to her small hometown to reconcile with her father and escape legal troubles. The cast includes Morgan Kohan, Chad Michael Murray, and Tom Jackson.
Brick (2025)

This German horror thriller has the potential to become a viral sensation, with its trailer already amassing over 1.6 million views. Starring Matthias Schweighöfer and Ruby O. Fee, the plot centers on Tim and Olivia, who wake up trapped inside their apartment sealed by an unbreakable, high-tech wall that mysteriously appeared overnight. The entire building is enclosed, and no one knows the reason.
With a vibe reminiscent of AI-generated movie descriptions popular on TikTok, Brick could capture the same intrigue that made the German sci-fi horror series Cassandra a hit earlier this year.
Sneaky Pete (Seasons 1-3)
Coming to Netflix: Thursday
In an unexpected move, a Prime Video Original series is coming to Netflix. All three seasons of Sneaky Pete, one of Prime Video’s early successes, will be available on Netflix thanks to a new licensing agreement with Sony Pictures Television.
Executive produced by David Shore and Bryan Cranston, the series follows a con man, played by Giovanni Ribisi, who, after being released from prison, assumes the identity of his former cellmate to escape his past. The show explores whether he can maintain the deception and keep his con alive.
