Dinverno’s family has put out an obituary that says, “Dinverno, Sophia Maureen of Grass Lake, died suddenly on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the age of 23. Micah Dinverno was the only brother she had, and he died before her. Joel and Deanna, her parents, her sister Lydia, and her four brothers Josiah, Noah, Isaiah, and Elijah are still alive.
“It was fun to see Sophia dance with the Jackson Dance Company in recitals and competitions every year. She competed in many horse shows in Michigan with her favourite horse, Lola, also known as “Better Than Boys.”

“When she wasn’t at the barn, she was riding virtual horses in the online game Star Stable to make videos for her popular YouTube channel, Violet Flower garden.” On Saturday, January 28, 2023, at noon, there will be a memorial service for her at the Desnoyer Funeral Home in Jackson, Michigan.
How Did Violet Flowergarden Rise to Fame?
Dinverno started her YouTube channel in 2013 and posted several videos that were edited versions of the online horse game Star Stable. Her videos started getting more and more views, and she started making more videos about how to play the game. Her training videos went viral and have been watched more than 48 million times.

At the time of her death, more than 172k people were following her channel. She also had a huge number of followers on Instagram—more than 56k. In February 2023, she will have been a YouTuber for a full decade.

As soon as Violet’s fans heard about what had happened, they started to show how sad they were. “I’ve just heard that Violet Flowergarden died. With tears and shock rn. She was such a shining star in the SSO community, and so many people loved her. Rest in peace, beautiful one. A fan wrote, “Right now, I hope you’re galloping through the fields with Lola and pumpkin.”
Another person tweeted, “As a horse rider, I grew up playing and watching Star Stable online, just like a lot of other people. I loved this YouTuber named Violet Flowergarden so much that I watched her videos every day. I found out she died today, and it broke my heart. pinky, rest in peace,”

“Why do so many great people have to die? I just heard that Violet Flowergarden died. When I was younger, I always watched her videos, and sometimes I still do that now. She was my favourite YouTuber, but she’s dead now. I really wish her family the best. Another legend, rest in peace,” wrote someone else.
