In the meantime, Billy was confronted with the reality of his promiscuous lifestyle by a guy he had recently begun to like. His old ways caught up with him at the wedding, and after Wyatt admonished him for flirting with a waiter, he began to question whether or not casual sex was satisfying.
In spite of this, they will need to face their worst fear head-on when Stanley is diagnosed with stage one breast cancer and must undergo treatment. He was taken aback by the news, and no amount of jokes or shrugged shoulders could mask the fact that the diagnosis had rattled everyone to their core.
