The Royals is an American soap opera primetime television that was first aired on E! Network on March 15, 2015. The series revolves around Helena, who is the queen of the British modern throne.
It’s the E! network’s first scripted series ever which is based on Falling for Hamlet, a fiction book with Shakespearian tragedy genre. The original language of this series is English. Four seasons of the series have been released so far. But sadly, the show was canceled shortly thereafter by the creators, which means we may never know how many of those stories would have executed and carried ahead.

The Plot of The Royals – Recap
As a genuine follower of this series, I will recall, the series’ fourth season, which ultimately gave us its series finale, Ended with Robert becoming King of England, Jasper and Eleanor getting pre-engaged, Violet unexpectedly came up with Cyrus, and Kathryn gets pregnant with Liam.
Initially, Helena was the queen of a fictional modern British royal family who needed to cope with both common and silly family dramas while being in the public’s eye. There were the twins of her i.e. Prince Liam and Princess Eleanor, both enjoyed the pleasures available to them.
Knowing them, their maturer brother Robert owned the responsibility of being a successor to the throne and authority of England. But when Robert was halted, the family was thrown into chaos, and a cruel King Simon had fears for the future of the monarchy.
Next in line for the throne, Liam resolved to his new role while sailing through his inclination towards Ophelia, the American daughter of the royal head of security.
His self-destructive sister Eleanor attains rock-bottom when her bodyguard rolls out to be a cheater. For the sake of the throne and to protect the status and royalty and keeping the royal family under her control, Queen Helena allied herself with Simon’s brother Cyrus to secure their life anyhow.
