The Man in the High Castle is an American web television series which is based on the novel is based on Philip K. Dick’s 1962 novel of the same name. The series basically tells a story of a parallel Universe of what would have happened if the Axis Power of Nazi Germany and the Empire of Japan has won the Second World war and rule over the World.
The creator of the series is Frank Spotnitz. Meanwhile, the producers are Amazon Studios, Scott Free Productions, Headline Pictures, Electric Shepherd Productions, and Big Light Productions.

The plotline of The Man in the High Castle
“Technology is not a measure

At the end of season 3, Juliana Crain was in a prison and she was meditating and suddenly she travels to another alternative world. The good news here is she made it to a place where the Nazis didn’t conquer America.
Then later in the story she had a small accident and by which she comes to know a person who is a non- Nazi name, John Smith. Then the story directly jumps into the time where Juliana was living her happy and peaceful life. Now she has a boyfriend too.
Who is he? No, he is not Joe Blake. He is just a random person who we don’t know as of now. Juliana has already killed Nazi Joe Blake in season 3 but now she is in the alternate world and Joe Blake is still alive. She met him and he is a good person in this world. You might wonder how will they get together? But No.
The trade minister has also killed in this Alternative world. The crown Princess planned to visit the town and someone killed her. You’ll be surprised that the trade minister who was actually dead killed her. But nobody actually knew this and all the evidence point to a member of the black communist rebellion.
But the Chief minister Takashi know that it was too easy. His commanding officer told him to drop it so it was quite obvious that they all are aware of it.

It is a group of people and one of their leaders is Mallory. In the show, they were preparing an attack when a bunch of Japanese is in an Art auction which is hosted by none other than Robert. So the BCR (Black Communist Rebellion) reaches out to there. For the auction, they checked all food to test whether it contains anything poisonous or not but they didn’t check the pig. Inside the pig, there were a number of guns.
The auction was going well till the firing started. They take some of the Japanese generals. Now the Nazi John was seeing to burning all of the high Castle films. In fact, they have given the man in the High Castle their own Twilight show.

He is burning the films because they got him and her wife in the prison. In the later scene, we encounter a that they were sending spies, special intelligence to different dimensions. They mapped out the whole multiverse with the intention to conquer all.
John Smith In Another World

John Smith has a personal interest in the closet world where his son Thomas is still alive. While going through the photo of his son we got to encounter Juliana’s crane. She and Smith are now friends in the other world. So Assassin tries to kill her and luckily John Smith came at the right point and saves her. But Assassin kills him.
The Assassin told his boss this news. But remember this is good for john smith. Because you can only travel you are a doppelganger. Now he plans to go to America. After reaching there he met with his wife who still loves him in this world.
When he saw his son he happily hugs him for a long time. Things got messed when his best friend come and it reminds him of the time when Nazis occupied America.
The Nazis were giving amnesty to any American soldiers to join them. That time John and his wife with their son join the Nazis. But sadly the offer didn’t apply to the Jews and his friend being a Jewish taken away to kill by the Nazi.
John was unable to do anything. Now Thomas decides to go to the military instead of John telling him that it isn’t safe. Although John tries, Thomas forced them to go into the military and want to die for his country. Just like what he did in the other world.
Juliana in another world

Now coming to the scene where BCR attacked in the auction they make Robert’s children hostage. While on the other hand, he talks way too much about being killed once and offers a meeting to make a peace statement.
Juliana, on the other hand, thinks that she will never be in peace while the Nazis still controlling the other world. So she decides to meditate and go again into another world. While in John smith wife head to a TV show and describe how she is a perfect wife.
Meanwhile, her teenage daughter makes a new friend and told him how her mom is actually faking it all. This conversation was listened to by officers.
John Smith makes a plan
“Perhaps if you know you are insane,
then you are not insane.
Or you are becoming sane,
finally. Waking up.”
Meanwhile, in Berlin, they were trying to make a big war but they outcast John smith because he was not German. In fact, they told him that he and his wife will put under surveillance because they got some charges.
But while all this happening we will come to know that he killed everyone in the meeting with the help of other officers. His wife got impressed and now he is the new in-charge of America.
Meanwhile, her wife told him that now they can stop being evil but John has gone too far. Later his wife finds out how he was planning a concentration camp in the western states. So she calls up Juliana that she’ll help her. It is clear that the next time he is going to be on the train he will be dead.
The BCR explodes the train but luckily John Smith survived but her wife is now dead. At last, he accepted that he is the bad guy and killed himself. On the other hand, the next in a charge being a good guy stopped the war. In the last of the story, we’ll encounter random guys coming out from the other world who are they?

The show made controversy and The Metropolitan Transportation Authority decided to pull off all the ads that widely caused the online backlash around the globe.

The Symbols of Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany mixed with the American flag in subway wraps on Monday with the hopes of explaining The Man in the High Castle. While they told an alternate future. but instead of this, the subway riders went to Twitter to complain that it was insensitive and hurtful.
Even though the series is a work of fiction, the marketing stunt hit too close to reality, some said, taking to Twitter to complain about the insensitivity of the imagery.

I wish more Sci-Fi would take a mysterious slow-burn approach to their deeper storylines like High Castle did, instead of jumping immediately into often audacious far fetched ideas. Granted the slow start did have me questioning the beginning of season 1, but once I started to figure out what was REALLY going.
And the final season was some of the most exciting TV I’ve seen all year. Hate that there won’t be a season 5.”

“Absolute garbage. I fell in love with Seasons 1&2. Then the producers broke my heart with the nonsense in season 3. I was done watching the minute I found out Joe Blake’s ending. That was very poorly thought out and not at ALL in line with his character in the first 2 seasons. I wouldn’t recommend this show to anyone.
Also, the show had enough going for it with what would have happened if Germany had won. They didn’t need to pull a flashpoint on everyone and create a multiverse.
