When Will the Third Season of ‘The Boys’ Premiere?

The first three episodes of The Boys Season 3 will be released on Amazon Prime Video on June 3, 2022, with the remainder of the season to follow. The remaining episodes will be released on a weekly basis on the service until the conclusion on July 8, according to the official website.

Take a Look at the Trailer for Season 3 of “The Boys.”

A teaser trailer for The Boys Season 3 was released on March 12, 2022, but we have yet to see the full-length trailer for the season. Take a look at the video.

How Many Episodes Will There Be in the Third Season of “The Boys”?

It is expected that Season 3 of The Boys would follow a similar format to the previous seasons. It will consist of a total of 8 episodes, with little information available about them at this time. It is known that two episodes will be aired in the future that will provide a small glimpse at what we will be experiencing next in the plot. “Payback” is the title of the first episode. It was first disclosed by Kripke on his official Twitter account in October 2020, more than a year ago.

The title serves as both a tease and a reference to a fictional group drawn from the pages of The Boys comics, which contains the show’s newest attraction Soldier Boy as well as Stormfront, who appeared on the show at one point.

“Herogasm” is the title of the sixth episode. As the name implies, it will be something that will test the limits of what is permitted to be broadcast on television. People have been daring Kripke to adapt it from the beginning of time, according to a recent post on Twitter by the author.

“Herogasm” is a six-issue offshoot of the The Boys graphic novels that, according to canon, takes place between issues #30 and #31, which is the same time as the main storyline. Its plot revolves around the protagonists entering an annual “party” hosted by Vought for their favorite and highest-performing Supes, which they discover to be a hoax.

For those who don’t want to be spoilt, the party is a hedonistic extravaganza complete with illegal substances and deviant sex practices, with the superheroes utilizing their special abilities in exciting and unthinkable ways. This R-rated episode will be really interesting to see how far they are ready to go with it.

Who Is in the Cast of ‘The Boys’ Season 3?

Despite the fact that there hasn’t been an official announcement, we can make an educated estimate based on the Season 2 finale. They should all be back and have been seen during filming, including Butcher (Karl Urban), Hughie (Jack Quaid), and Frenchie (Tomer Capon).

They should also all be back and have been seen during filming, including Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso). It is certain that the Supes that are still alive, including Homelander (Antony Starr), Queen Maeve (Dominique McElligott), Starlight (Erin Moriarty), A-Train (Jessie Usher), The Deep (Chace Crawford), and Black Noir (Nathan Mitchell), will return for further action in Season 2.

As of now, there have been six new members to the cast, five of which are Superheroes: Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles), Crimson Countess (Laurie Holden), Supersonic (Miles Gaston Villanueva), Blue Hawk (Nick Weschler), and Gunpowder (Kevin Bacon) are all Supes (Sean Patrick Flannery).

Vought CEO Stan Edgar will almost certainly make a few visits during the course of the year (Giancarlo Esposito). Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit), the mysterious and recently discovered Supe-Congresswoman, will play a significant role in the events of Season 3. It is still unclear what happened to Stormfront (Aya Cash), but we do know that she is still alive and well.

Who Are the New Characters in the Third Season of “The Boys”?

Season three will see the introduction of a large number of new characters, with six of them already confirmed by the showrunners. The Soldier Boy, played by Jensen Ackles, is without a doubt the character who fans are most looking forward to meeting.

Army soldier Soldier Boy is a parodied version of Captain America who, in the original comics, has a mysterious history that has been buried in mystery. The perfected recipe for Compound V was administered to him in 1944, and he went on to kill German soldiers in a manner that Steve Rogers would most certainly disapprove of.

It happened that his path crossed with Lady Liberty’s for a brief moment (later revealed to be Stormfront). He will be called upon to return to action in order to clear Vought’s name.

The Crimson Countess, The Boys’ version of the Scarlet Witch, will be played by Laurie Holden in the upcoming film. Crimson Countess, like her Marvel counterpart, is known to be romantically involved with the Mind-Droid, a character that is similar to Vision in appearance.

As a prospective replacement for The Seven after Translucent’s death, she was mentioned by Starlight early on in the series.
Megan Fox will portray Starlight’s ex-boyfriend Supersonic, who is also a member of the superhero team Payback. Miles Gaston Villanueva will also appear in the film. Although not much is known about the character at this time, we can expect him to try to drive a gap between Starlight and Hughie’s romantic lives in the upcoming season.
