Tell Me Your Secrets on Amazon is a gripping thriller at its best. In just 10 episodes, Season 1 of the streaming service, which debuted in February 2021, had fans on the edge of their seats wondering what might happen next. Recap of Tell Me Your Secrets Season 1
Tell Me Your Secrets Season 1 has three intertwining stories that we are following. There’s Karen/Emma (Lily Rabe), who was romantically involved with serial killer Kit (Xavier Samuel) but was unaware of his sinister tendencies. She was eventually imprisoned, stripped of some of her memories, and put into witness protection.
Mary (Amy Brenneman), who is searching for her kidnapped daughter and believes Kit is to blame, is another. She won’t stop looking, even if Kit is found dead. The last character is John (Hamish Linklater), who Mary asks for assistance in finding her daughter but who also has some questionable habits of his own.
The stories change dramatically over the first season as Mary seeks desperately to learn more about her daughter and suspects Emma (who was Karen when she was with Kit) may know anything. Emma can’t remember everything from her history, despite memories gradually coming back.
In the end, it is revealed that Mary’s daughter was actually Kit’s accomplice in crime and is not actually dead at all. Literally.
When Will the Second Season of Tell Me Your Secrets Premiere?
On this one, your guess is just as good as ours. A Season 2 of the show has not yet been announced, so if one does, it will likely not come anytime soon. If it does, it won’t happen until at least 2023, but we’ll simply have to wait till Amazon makes a statement before we can think of a better guest.

Expected Cast and Characters of Season 2
The entire cast will undoubtedly return if Tell Me Your Secrets receives a second season. There was still a lot of story to be told when we left off in Season 1 (with the exception of Kit, who bit it way too early). We would expect that at the very least Rabe, Brenneman, and Linklater will return to reprise their parts because of this.
Theresa (Stella Baker), Mary’s daughter, should definitely return for Season 2 because, lady, we need answers! Given the cast’s present commitments, the time may be ideal for Amazon to release a second season. Rabe has filmed two mini-series, two TV series, and three movies since Season 1, but she only has one project in pre-production right now.
Brenneman appears to be working on nothing new, despite having shot two TV series this year, The Old Man and Shining Girls. After Tell Me Your Secrets, Linklater famously starred in Midnight Mass, and he had a few additional ventures in 2022.

Emma is still seeking Theresa. After Mary’s question-and-answer session, she’s a wanted criminal who needs her help. Mary’s Q&A might be terrible. Mary may risk prison for refusing a police inspection if she pretended to be Emma’s accuser. Will she kill Freya for being left off the wall? Mary may have known Freya was an executioner, too. She may have influenced her daughter to become a swim instructor.

Tell me Your Secrets season 2 will show Emma calming Freya. She discovers Theresa dated Kit and doubted her. Theresa is alive and has Minnesota’s Freya. This contains Amazon Prime’s Mary Barlow plot. She’s less likely to think her daughter is a criminal, and she criticizes Emma during a Press Show in Season 1’s finale. Season 2’s “The Dead Come Back” conflict is unresolved.
John Tyler somehow survived Emma’s attack. Rose (Richard Thomas) says her father Bodie (Richard Thomas) planned to assassinate a logical Jerome House inhabitant. More young ladies participated.
