Obi-Wan Kenobi, like The Bad Batch, is set in the years following Order 66 and the events of Revenge of the Sith. Season 2 of The Bad Batch could be expanding on something revealed in Obi-Wan Kenobi.
In Attack of the Clones, Obi-Wan was the investigator of the cloning system on Kamino, so it’s only natural that something from that time would come back to haunt him. Perhaps he’ll come upon a clone like the ones Bad Batch’s Omega chose as her family.
It’s possible that this is the first clue of a live-action Omega appearance. While The Bad Batch maybe a little further down the road, it should be well worth the wait.
