The animation is written and illustrated by  name, Akihisa Ikeda. It was printed in  October 2004 and completed its last  till October in the year 2007 and after one year  the series was serialized on television on January 3, in the year 2008.

Along with this, the show revolves around the story of students he study in the boarding school which is  named as Youkai Academy. The Academy is similar to the other hostels but one thing  is strange about the Youkai is it showing the connection of human beings with the monsters.

Along with this, The monsters are in progress to learn the coexisted mutual relationship with the humans. They usually dress in human appearance and went into the school. Just like the human beings where they  can learn about homo’s culture, literature, art, and math.

The storyline is somehow different and it is really unique this is the reason the show has got praised by the critics and audience. But even after getting so much success, the creators had take the time of more than five years to make an another season.

The structure of the show remains  same in both of the season and it is believed that season three would also have the same structural format. The third part of the series is also going to have thirteen-episode and twenty to twenty-five minutes of running time.

However, the third season release date is not confirmed yet by the creators  but it is expected to get it in the  years that is starting of 2022 or 2023 (early).
