Ryan Edwards was recently arrested by the police for stalking his ex-wife, Mackenzie Edwards. Police in Hamilton County, Tennessee, arrested the former Teen Mom star on March 1, 2023, for stalking and breaking an order of protection.

A press release from the Sheriff’s department on March 1 said that the former reality TV star was arrested on Wednesday for stalking his ex-wife Mackenzie Edwards and breaking a court order to stay away from her. As of right now, we don’t know any more about why he was arrested.
Ryan’s wife Mackenzie filed for a divorce from him just two days before he was arrested. She also got a court order telling him to stay away from her. She also got temporary care of Jagger and Stella, the couple’s two kids.
Edwards was arrested about a month ago for harassing his wife Mackenzie, having drug paraphernalia, having a controlled substance, and breaking a protection order.
At that time, he went on Instagram to say bad things about his wife Mackenzie because he thought she was cheating on him. Then he put an X-rated picture on the Internet.
Ryan wrote in an Instagram post that has since been deleted, “If you’ve never seen a spineless slut, this is one. They will take your money and sleep with anyone who will look at them. But they have to have a wife. God, that’s funny. It’s really sad.”
Soon after, the mother of two went to the police and told them about the incidents of domestic violence. She said that all of these things have happened since they got married in the year 2017.
Mackenzie told me about an incident like this that happened in January. She said, “When Ryan and I were fighting, he punched holes in the walls and doors.” He held me up against the wall by my neck. I was thrown down in the hallway, and he told me that if he couldn’t have me, no one could.
He took out his pocket knife and put it on my back as if he was going to kill me. This happened in front of kids. He broke my phone and stole my car keys when I tried to leave.
She also told about another fight that happened a week after the first one. She said, “He came into my bedroom while I was sleeping and acted like he was going to punch me in the face.” She also claimed that he broke the bed while she was in it and yelled in her face.
Mackenzie said, “I went to get the kids so I could leave. I couldn’t get away from him. I was dropped in the living room. Threw menthol and nicotine in my eyes.”
The next day, Mackenzie took matters into her own hands and filed for divorce from Ryan. She also got an order to stay away from him and temporary custody of their kids.
