Congratulations to Nicolas Cage, 58, and Riko Shibata, 27, on the birth of their baby child! According to People, the lovely couple gave birth to their first child on Wednesday, Sept. 7, in Los Angeles.

According to the couple's representatives, Nicolas and Riko are delighted to share the birth of their daughter with the public. Both the mother and the child are doing well. The thrilling information has been confirmed by representatives for Nicolas and Riko.

The former Raising Arizona star and the Japanese actress, who wed in February 2021, revealed their pregnancy in January. The future parents are overjoyed, a representative told  at the time. The third child of Nicolas is now here: Sons Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31, with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton, are also his children.

The Pig star said he thinks he's finally met his right match with Riko, his fifth wife, around the time they announced the pregnancy. “I have a wonderfully happy marriage. I'm aware that five is a lot, but I believe this time was the perfect one, he told.

Previously, Patricia Arquette, Lisa Marie Presley, Alice, and Erika Koike were married to Nicolas. His longest relationship, with Alice, lasted from 2004 until 2016. Cage said on his brother Marc “The Cope” Coppola's radio show, “She left New York and went back to Kyoto, Japan, and I went back to Nevada and I haven't seen her for six months and we're really happy together and we're really excited to spend that time together so I finally just said look, ‘I want to marry you' and we got engaged on FaceTime.
