Little Brother is an upcoming Netflix Original comedy film directed by Matt Spicer and written by Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel. The film is produced by David Bernad for Middle Child Pictures and Ruben Fleischer.

“A famous real estate agent’s carefully curated world is upended when his eccentric ‘little brother’ unexpectedly reappears.”
Who are the cast members of Little Brother?
The first two confirmed cast members are John Cena and Eric André.
John Cena’s Netflix appearances so far have been limited to live broadcasts, including weekly episodes of Raw and SmackDown. He also features in hundreds of hours of WWE content available on Netflix. Beyond wrestling, Cena has starred in major films such as the Fast & Furious franchise, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Suicide Squad, Barbie, Bumblebee, and many others.
Eric Andre has appeared in several Netflix projects, including The Mitchells vs. The Machines, Disenchantment, Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, and Bad Trip, which he also wrote and produced. His comedy special Legalize Everything is also available on Netflix.

According to issue 1457 of Production Weekly, filming reportedly began on July 7, 2025, and is expected to continue for several weeks, wrapping up on August 27, 2025.
John Cena remains an active WWE roster member and is the current Undisputed WWE Champion. His WWE appearances have been limited recently, mostly on Monday Raw and Friday SmackDown episodes. With his upcoming appearance at Summerslam, his WWE commitments are unlikely to significantly interfere with filming.
When is the release date for Little Brother on Netflix?
Netflix has not yet announced an official release date for Little Brother. Given that filming is scheduled to conclude by the end of August 2025, it is highly probable the film will premiere on Netflix sometime in 2026.
