Matt and Shamin were recently photographed on a date night in New York City while holding hands. On Saturday, January 28, 2023, a couple of more than three years were seen having fun together.
Photos that Page Six got show that they had a romantic date night on the Upper East Side of New York City. During their date night, they stayed close and walked down Madison Avenue holding hands.
Matt chose to wear a hooded sweatshirt for his date night. He wore it over a baby blue collared button-down shirt and under a black sport coat. He finished off his cosy outfit with a grey beanie, black dress shoes, and dark blue jeans. In the pictures, he was holding his girlfriend’s hand in one hand and his phone and a shopping bag in the other.
On the other hand, Shamin wore a mustard yellow outfit with a peacoat, a blouse with a black-and-white pattern, and a tea-length skirt. She added a pair of stylish pumps and a black clutch to finish off her look.

For those who don’t know, the talk show host and the “marking guru,” who have been close friends for more than a decade, started dating in 2019. Several sources say that they met through friends they both had.
Late in 2019, Matt and Shamin started dating after NBC fired him for a series of sexual misconduct claims that ended his TV career. After he got divorced from his wife of 20 years, Annette Roque, he fell in love with Abas.
