DigiQure E-Clinic requests 40 lakhs in exchange for 4% equity. The response from Namita and Vineeta is 40 lakhs for a 20% stake, while Peyush offers 1 crore for 25% equity. Namita and Vineeta increased their equity offer by 15 percent to Rs. 40 Lakhs.
