Kim Kardashian House 2022 | How People Are Reacting to Kim Kardashian House
Malibu is a playground for billionaires, and Kim Kardashian is now ensuring that she has access to it. In an Instagram picture on Tuesday, the 42-year-old reality star showcased some of her favourite house furnishings.
“Things that make me happy at home,” she captioned the image.
Conforming to the minimalist aesthetic of her home, each piece features muted tones that complement the colour scheme. In one photograph, she displays a cup and saucer of light grey that complements the marble worktops and chairs. Another focuses on a carved stone seat in her principal bathroom, which features eight Christmas trees.
Two wide shots reveal a tranquil, dimly lit bedroom with a bed resting on a big stone platform and a living area with a white sofa and chairs.
Kardashian also shared some of her favourite works of art. It looks like an abstract photograph depicting a circular creation by James Turrell. Kendall Jenner, the sister of Kim Kardashian, also has one of his works in her house. A second close-up depicts a slashed canvas that appears to be a work by Lucio Fontana.
The article concludes with an aerial shot of her Hidden Hills house at twilight, displaying the manicured grounds, a basketball court, and a pool in the distance.
Kardashian also promoted her skincare product, SKKN BY KIM, using “greige” packaging that perfectly matched the colour scheme of her home. Outside the primary bathroom is a pampas grass-covered privacy wall, which was clearly taken before her Christmas tree installation.
The Post quoted Jesse Harrison, senior principal of Harrison Design, as saying, “Our team and clients collaborated to transform the entire property into a tranquil, Zen-inspired haven that embraces the natural palette and materials of southern California.” In addition to updating the pool, spa, and cabana area, the Harrison Design team developed a motor court, private parking area, inside entry courtyard, and pleasant outdoor space close to the fitness centre.
With floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the main floor contains a great area that merges the living room, den, dining room, and gourmet kitchen. It features sweeping ocean views and a spacious wraparound veranda with a fire pit.
The master suite features a fireplace, a sitting area, two spa-inspired bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The prior advertisement describes two extra en suite bedrooms, a cinema room, a light and cheerful fitness centre with soaring ceilings, and a fourth bedroom with a private entrance, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The exterior features a swimming pool, spa, pool deck, and cabana with a fireplace. In 2018, Adam Weiss, a retired hedge fund manager, purchased the estate from Crawford and Gerber for $45 million.
In the past year or so, the lovely seaside town has become the premier destination for the ultra-rich. While Kardashian has the most expensive property in Malibu this year, venture billionaire Marc Andreessen has the most expensive sale in the community. Andreessen and his wife, Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen, paid a total of $255.5 million for three distinct Malibu residences.
A year ago, Kardashian’s ex-husband Kanye West paid $57.3 million for a concrete-heavy Malibu home designed by award-winning superstar architect Tadao Ando, barely 15 miles away.
It is the most expensive home sold in Malibu in 2022 and the fourth most expensive in California, so it is not surprising that Kim is selling off some of her other properties to make room for her new investment.
The mother-of-four is selling a ranch in Hidden Hills that she has never lived in for $5.3 million, as well as her condo in Calabasas, which served as an office for her KKW Beauty and Skims businesses.
