Kendall Nicole Jenner is an American supermodel and reality television star. She first rose to prominence after appearing on the popular reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
According to court documents acquired by E! News, on July 19, a Los Angeles County Commissioner issued a permanent restraining order against Arnold Oscar Babcock for unlawful trespassing. The duration of the restraining order is three years.
According to the documents, Jenner, Babcock, Jenner’s attorney Kate Mangels, and Babcock’s attorney Edward Crawford Watkins were present at the hearing. In January, Jenner filed a suit against Babcock for non-violent civil harassment. The court’s ruling follows this.
Although this choice may provide Jenner with some peace of mind, it is not the first time she has allegedly faced a security threat. The proprietor of 818 Tequila was awarded a five-year restraining order against Malik Bowker in April 2021, after he was arrested for trespassing on her Los Angeles property in March.
Bowker knocked on Jenner’s windows and yelled her name, according to E! News, which cited law enforcement sources. He then stripped naked with the intention of swimming in her pool.
After the incident, insiders close to the Kardashians star verified to E! News that Jenner had tightened her security precautions.
A source close to the supermodel stated, “Kendall has increased security and has a large team on her property and around her.” They are all convinced that a large security presence must be maintained at all times and that something similar must never occur again.

The source continued, “It’s been terrifying and uncomfortable for everyone.” E! News has reached out to Babcock’s attorney for comment but has not received a response.
It’s not the first, second, or even hundredth time a Kardashian/Jenner family member has had to deal with men trying to enter their houses or property.

In March, a naked man leaped into Kendall’s pool before being detained, and just last month, a man was nabbed outside Kylie’s home while attempting to make contact.
Babcock remains under investigation for his alleged involvement in more events involving Kendall.
