Will the Indominus Rex Return in Jurassic World Dominion?
While the imagery speaks for itself, it’s worth noting that director Colin Trevorrow has previously stated that Jurassic World: Dominion will not include any hybrid dinosaurs, unlike previous Jurassic World films (Indominus rex in Jurassic World, Indoraptor in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, plus Scorpios rex in Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous).

What Is the Jurassic World Dominion Release Date?
The release date for Jurassic World Dominion has been pushed back as a result of the coronavirus, which has delayed big-screen debuts all over the world. The film’s release date has been pushed back to June 10, 2022, from its original June 11, 2021 release date.
Who Is in the Cast of Jurassic World Dominion?
As in the previous Jurassic Park films, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will reprise their roles in the upcoming Jurassic World Dominion: the Fallen Kingdom, in which they will be joined by the original Jurassic Park film stars Laura Dern, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum [who will reunite for the first time since the original film].

I’m not and never will be. In order to persuade these people that I would be able to guide them through the reintroduction of these characters who are so dear to them, I really had to start from the beginning with my convincing them.”
Mamoudou Athie and Scott Haze star in the film, as does Dichen Lachman and Campbell Scott, as well as Daniella Pineda and Isabella Sermon. Other notable international actors who appear in the film include Omar Sy, DeWanda Wise, and BD Wong.

What Is a Jurassic World Dominion Plot?
The trailer teases a world in which dinosaurs coexist with humans, which, unsurprisingly, is causing some havoc. In the meantime, while Owen and Claire deal with the devastation, the original trio of Ian Malcolm, Alan Grant, and Ellie Sattler reunites to take on the dinosaurs for the second time.
“If dinosaurs lived among us, would you be safe?” director Colin Trevorrow said at CinemaCon. “If dinosaurs lived among us, would you be safe?” he added. “And the answer is a resounding no.”
It is unlikely that we will witness dinosaurs performing a Godzilla-style attack on major cities, however. In an interview with BirthMoviesDeath, Trevorrow said, “I just have no idea what would motivate dinosaurs to terrorize a city.”
“They are unable to plan ahead of time. We currently have lethal predators in wild areas surrounding cities all over the world, and this is a problem. In urban areas, they do not go on pack hunts for humans as they do in rural areas.
‘We hunt animals, we traffic in animals, we herd animals, we breed animals, we invade their territory and pay the consequences, but we do not go to war with them.'” If that were the case, we would have been defeated in that war long ago.”
In an interview with MTV News, Chris Pratt confirmed the existence of a time jump, saying, “How are not only these dinosaurs, but this technology moving forward, going to affect the planet?” After that, it’s like, “Oh right…oh damn…,” and we move forward.

“Almost everything I’ve ever thought about has always been in the present day. In other words, Big Rock takes place about a year or so after the Fallen Kingdom, when it was released in 2019, and the T-Rex has just emerged from the Sierra Nevada forest, where they have all taken refuge. It’s absolutely massive; it encompasses a significant portion of the state.
And so she’s just been living in there, and they’ve been trying to apprehend her for what seems like an eternity. So it’s about four years later – it’s the year the movie is released, so it’s 2022 – when the movie is released.”
Most significantly, it appears that the plot of Jurassic World 3: Dominion will complete the six-film saga that Steven Spielberg began in 1993. In terms of the third film, Bryce Dallas Howard explained to Cinemablend that the overall goal is to “bring the entire saga together.”

How Long Is the New Jurassic World Dominion Movie?
This is the longest movie in the Jurassic World series. It’s 2 hours and 26 minutes long, making it the longest movie in the series. When The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom was the longest Jurassic movies, they both lasted two and a half hours and nine minutes.
Now, though, the two movies are not even close. In the next two hours, we saw the first Jurassic Park and the first Jurassic World. Finally, there’s Jurassic Park 3, which clocks in at 1:32:32. Expect a lot of big things from Dominion after that, then.
