Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s Early Life: Parents and Education
Jennifer Lynn Siebel was born in San Francisco to Judy Siebel, a co-founder of the Bay Area Discovery Museum in Sausalito, and investment manager Kenneth F. Siebel Jr. She was raised in Ross, a suburb of California.
