Harris Kimberley Faulkner is an American newscaster and TV host who was born on October 13, 1965. He joined Fox News Channel in 2005. She is the host of the daytime show The Faulkner Focus and the daily show Outnumbered.
She also has her own primetime political show called Town Hall America with Harris Faulkner, which she hosts with Faulkner. She has won six Emmys, including the Best Newscaster and Best News Special awards in 2005.

Faulkner was born at Fort McPherson in Atlanta, Georgia, on October 13, 1965. Her father, retired Lieutenant Colonel Bob Harris, was an officer and pilot in the U.S. Army. He was stationed at the base and had been in Vietnam three times.
As a child, Faulkner lived in different places, like Stuttgart, which is in West Germany. Faulkner went to the University of California, Santa Barbara, and got a B.A. in mass communications.

Faulkner's first job was as a freelance business writer for the LA Weekly. She was paid $50 per article. Faulkner began her career in television by doing small jobs as an intern at KCOP-TV in Los Angeles. She then moved to Greenville, North Carolina, to work as a reporter and anchor at WNCT-TV.
From 1992 to 2000, Faulkner worked as an evening anchor for WDAF-TV in Kansas City. While Faulkner was in Kansas City, she was harassed and followed by a former friend who had followed her from North Carolina.
Faulkner's next job was as part of an evening anchor team at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis–Saint Paul. In July 2004, she left the station. In 2005, Faulkner joined Fox News. She was a correspondent for A Current Affair from 2005, when it came back on the air, until October 2005, when it was canceled.
