Created by Sunrise, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt is a 2015 ONA Series Based on the Manga of the same name. Season 1 of this japanese manga anime was released from 25 December, 2015 to 8 April, 2016.
2nd season of ONA series of Gundam Thunderbolt released from March 24, 2017 to July 14, 2017.

In 2016, the complete film titled as Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: December Sky was released of Season 1. After that in 2017 Season 2 comes complete in the form of Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower released.

When will the season 3 of Gundam Thunderbolt Release?
In Gundam Thunderbolt Daryl represents Zeon's voice and Io Fleming represents The Federation. In recent times, Naohiro Ogata has revealed why the Series has not been renewed or come back for a 3rd season and completing 2 seasons.
At Anime Herald, Ogata laid out for the interviewers why season 3 is not coming at this time.
“ I can say that part of the reason you haven’t seen more Thunderbolt is that we’re waiting for more of the original manga story to be developed. We would like to do more Thunderbolt but we don’t want to do it without having more material. Part of the problem is the creator is experiencing tendinitis. When we have more of the manga, we hope to announce more about Thunderbolt.”
This is the problem why they are not making season 3 of Gundam thunderbolt anime as they are waiting to collect more raw material for this new part and not creating new original stories.

As there is no release date or renewal information has come out for the Gundam Thunderbolt season 3 and according to Ogata, they all want to wait for the new season as they are searching for new or raw material for this season. Instead of making a new original story they like to wait for before making the 3rd part.
