The shooter and the other man at the scene then fled the scene. Bandz was rushed to the hospital, but shortly after, he was declared dead.

Lt. Steve Sheblosk of the SDPD said, “There are a number of folks who did observe sections of this specific shooting. We currently have no specific information to release until we have an opportunity to speak with witnesses further because we have gotten contradicting information regarding suspect descriptions.
