The Release Date of Death Note Season 2. When Will It Air?

The Plot of Death Note season 2. What to Expect From It?
The story of season 1 follows the life of a boy, Light Yagam, who got a supernatural book called ‘Death Note’ from Shinigami named Ryuk. As the name suggests the book is actually a death book that kills people. You just have to know the face and name of the person you won’t kill. The light utilizes the book to kill several criminals. He wanted to make the world crime-free by eliminating all the criminals.
Unable to find out whose behind all the killing, a special investigating team named, Kira’s task force, with the head officer named L, was hired to find the culprit. He named the killer, Kira.
Later a girl, Meso, Finds the second dead note from another Shinigami named Rem. She did the same as light and later become his girlfriend. They both find L an obstacle in their task so they killed him.
Near and Mello became the new L and they solved the mystery of all the murders. Consequently, Light was arrested and Ryuk killed him by writing his name in the Death notebook. Before dying he declared himself as God of the new world.
Well, season 1 gave the fans a satisfying ending and nothing left for season 2. But wait, here is the surprise. The second installment of manga started serialization in 2020, so Season 2 will be based on the same if ever made.
