Not to forget that the US administration is taking strong actions against Chinese companies who are quite infamous for their IP theft, which means Intellectual Property Theft.

The IP Theft is a rampant practice among the Chinese manufacturers, which has allowed them to exploit the benefits and push the original makers out of the market.

Following the recent brawl against China on the Ladakh-Tibet border, the Indian government on Monday released a press note stating names of 59 Chinese apps banned in India, on both App Store and Play Store.

The ban includes major apps like TikTok, WeChat, Helo, UC Browser and ecom apps like Club Factory too. You can see the major applications enlisted in the ban declared by the Government of India.

With these apps removed from Indian Play Store and App Store, it would be necessary to find their alternatives

Conclusion

The government’s move that led to Chinese apps banned in India is a first bold move to topple the monopoly of China in the world of manufacturing and trade. It will be interesting to see how Chinese companies and governments respond to it.

Even though China has other customers, considering the number of users it has and money they pumped into Indian market, it will be foolish to think that Chinese will not retaliate in some way.
