It may only be January, but one of the most unique celebrity engagement rings of all times has been revealed by Machine Gun Kelly. On January 12, the rapper and his new fiancé Megan Fox announced that they were engaged by sharing a photo of a ring on her finger. The ring is two bands put together and contains two stones; an emerald and a diamond to mark each of their birthstones. But Fox’s engagement ring isn’t the only amazing celebrity ring that’s had people talking.
Paris Hilton’s emerald cut ring
Paris Hilton’s no stranger to engagement rings, having now been engaged four times. But her most recent engagement ring from Carter Reum certainly stands out from the rest. The bespoke piece was designed by Jean Dousset and cost approximately $1 million. Dousset describes the ring as “a three-stone ring design with an emerald-cut center stone, featuring baguette-cut and trapezoid accent diamonds.” Hilton told Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview that her engagement ring has an estimated 15 diamonds around the outside and has a ‘P’ and a sapphire on the inside. The ring is named ‘Paris’ and Rare Carat says the emerald-cut center stone is between 10 and 20-carat.
Cardi B’s pear cut ring
When Cardi B and Offset got engaged live on stage in 2017, it certainly was a ‘wow’ moment. But Cardi’s showstopper of a ring was even more amazing. The ring is a large 8-carat pear cut ring with a double halo setting. The center stone is surrounded by small gems in a halo-like ring. It’s common to use a halo ring to propose to a loved one. Her wedding ring is a platinum and diamond pave band that was custom-made to fit around the engagement ring Gomez designed for her. Sadly, Grande hasn’t yet shared an image of wedding ring with her fans. Her engagement ring, however, is beautiful. It features a diamond secured to the band at an angle, as well as a sentimental pearl. Pearl is Grande’s birthstone and it holds sentimental value as it belonged to her grandparents. It’s estimated to be 3-carat and cost around $350,000.
