Carnival Season 2 opens up with former investigator Philo investigating a string of brutal killings that are fueling social tension in Carnival Row. To avenge the wrongful tyranny by Jonah Breakspear and Sophie Longerbane, the group of vigilante faeries known as Vignette Stonemoss and the Black Raven plans its revenge.

Sadly for Tourmaline and the rest of The Row, she has inherited extraordinary abilities. And after Imogen Spurnrose and her partner Agreus Astrayon escaped The Burgue and her bitter brother Ezra, they ran across a radical new civilization that completely derailed their plans.

Will It Be the Last Season?

Season 2 of Carnival Row will be the series' last. All of the characters' stories appear to have been resolved satisfactorily by the writers. The delay in filming due to the pandemic didn't help, and that's probably when the cast and crew understood this might be the last season.

The trailer is brief, but it packs a powerful impact, showcasing beautiful visual effects and other moments we can't wait to see.
