Brad Pitt Limits Contact With Younger Kids as His Daughters Drops His Last Name

It appears that the kids of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have taken sides in their contentious divorce. The six kids recently got together to celebrate Angelina’s birthday at her residence. Their daughters have decided to use their mother’s last name instead of Brad’s.
Brad Pitt is still allowed visitation privileges despite their complex custody dispute, although he has allegedly been spending less time with his younger children. His older children are virtually nonexistent at the moment since he cannot make them spend time with him.
Brad Pitt Reducing His Appearance With His Younger Children
Brad Pitt’s connection with his kids is tense at best; this is especially the case with his elder children, many of whom are now considered adults and over which he has no legal right to visitation. However, he still spends very little time with the children who are still minors.
A source told PEOPLE, “He has virtually no contact with the adult kids,” before going on to say that his hectic schedule is making it difficult for him to spend time with them.
“His filming schedule has limited his interaction with the younger children in recent months.” Although [Angelina] keeps the children most of the time, they have agreed that he gets visiting rights with the younger children.”
This coincides with the announcement that Zahara, Vivienne, and Shiloh decided to go by only Jolie and dropped his last name. Brad Pitt seems to be concerned about the implications of that for him going forward, believing they may reveal personal information about their early years that could damage his reputation.
“Brad is under a shroud of darkness right now. He can use his attorneys to silence Angelina, but he can’t silence his own children, a source told In Touch.
They haven’t said anything at all thus far, but it’s quite possible that they will wish to share their side of the tale in the future. Nothing prevents them from carrying it out,” the person continued. “And Brad will just have to sit back and take it when they decide to talk.”
The Response Of Brad Pitt To His Daughter Changing Her Name
Although Brad Pitt’s name has been removed from social media by Zahara and Vivienne, Shiloh has really gone to the trouble of having it legally altered to merely Jolie. Though it remains to be seen if Vivienne would ultimately want to legally alter her last name—she is not yet eighteen—the actor claimed that Shiloh’s choice devastated him.
“This decision devastated Brad,” a source told Us Weekly. “To him, the name change represented a deeper division that had been building for years, more than just a name change.”
He was aware of Shiloh’s intentions, according to a second source who talked to PEOPLE.
He knows Shiloh stopped using his last name, and he’s furious about it. Her birth gave him the most joy he had ever experienced. His dream was to have a daughter. Naturally, Brad finds it difficult to deal with the reminders that he has lost his children. He is missing and loves his kids. It’s quite depressing.”
Fans were outraged by this article since it suggests that Brad and Angelina Jolie had already adopted Zahara before Shiloh was born, meaning that she was his first daughter.
What’s really going on between them is only known to Brad Pitt and his kids, but it doesn’t seem like they will get back together anytime soon.
