The “Blade” is a 1998 American superhero horror film directed by Stephen Norrington and composed by David S. Goyer. In light of the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name, it is the primary portion of the Blade franchise.

The film stars Wesley Snipes in the lead spot with Stephen Dorff, Kris Kristofferson, and N’Bushe Wright in supporting jobs. In the film, Blade is a Dhampir, a human with vampire qualities however not their shortcomings, he is a hybrid of both but for the sake of humans who remains along with his mentor Abraham Whistler and hematologist Karen Jenson, battles against vampires, specifically the outstandingly vicious Deacon Frost.

The story starts with a vampire attack, 1967 a pregnant lady was attacked by a vampire which leads her into labor before the date of expelling. Unofrtuenalty after giving birth to the baby lady dies because of an unrevealed infection but the doctors saved the baby.

The little child is now thirty years old and has become the vampire hunter known as Blade. He is a hybrid of humans and Vampire, this is because when he was in her mother’s womb vampires attacked him. He is not like the other vampires, he is not addicted to human blood.

Edge assaults a Los Angeles rave club owned by the vampire Deacon Frost. Police take one of the vampires to the emergency clinic, where he kills Dr. Curtis Webb and feeds on hematologist Karen Jenson, and breaks. Edge takes Karen to a protected house where she is treated by his old friend Abraham Whistler.

Whistler clarifies that he and Blade have been pursuing a mysterious conflict against vampires utilizing weapons dependent on their basic shortcomings, like daylight, silver, and garlic. As Karen is currently “set apart” by the chomp of a vampire, both he and Blade advise her to leave the city.
