We don’t know for sure, but we think that the plot of Avengers: Secret Wars will have a lot to do with what happens in Kang Dynasty, just like Infinity War and Endgame did.
Most likely, Kang Dynasty will end in a huge disaster that the Avengers will have to fix in Secret Wars. Kang the Conqueror, a Marvel villain, will be at the centre of the chaos.
Based on the source material, it’s possible that this cataclysm will have something to do with the Incursions mentioned at the end of Multiverse of Madness. When these deadly disasters happen, things from different dimensions crash into each other and kill all life in the universe.
If Secret Wars is like the comics, these things will keep happening until the whole multiverse is gone. Then, a powerful being (likely Kang, but we haven’t ruled out Doctor Doom either) will glue together the last few pieces of reality, and the Avengers will try to fix things.

That, or Marvel will just do their own thing like they did with Civil War and Infinity War. It’s hard to say where Marvel will go next, but if Michael Waldron, who wrote Doctor Strange 2, writes the superhero movie, he’ll probably want to go big.
