The chemistry between co-anchors Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes on Good Morning America has made headlines. According to insiders, the couple was “secretly together” for a considerable amount of time, while the general public was unaware of their relationship. Nobody knows how long they’ve been together, however.
The insider claimed that the two were more adamant about not releasing the information and that they attempted to keep things as professional and confidential as possible. They were reportedly flirty on site, but never crossed the line and remained professional throughout.
Another source said that anchor pair Amy Robach and TJ Holmes have been excellent friends for a long time, but as they began to spend more time together as co-hosts of the third hour of the show, they became even closer. Apparently, they have travelled together for other remote missions, including the trip to London for the queen’s death.
Their chemistry was evident to the staff, but according to the source, it was not expected to manifest in such a way, which surprised many. Indeed, it appears that the team had already anticipated that Holmes and Robach would develop a romantic relationship.
Since 2010, Amy Robach and TJ Holmes have been married to their respective partners. Holmes was married to attorney Marilee Feibig, while Robach was married to actor Andrew Shew. According to insiders, though, they had previously separated from their relationships before fueling romance rumours.

After spending some time together, they exited and entered the same vehicle, leading many to believe they were living together. Evidently, they were separated on Thanksgiving, but once reunited, they were observed returning to one of their Manhattan apartments.
On November 13, Holmes and Robach were photographed packing a vehicle. It is believed that they were on their way to Upstate New York to spend the weekend together. Robach was seen carrying suitcases into the trunk of the SUV while Holmes softly placed his hand behind her in another photograph.
A few days later, when Robach met her co-host at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York, the couple once again drew notice.
Two years have passed since they last worked together. One of the reasons why many around them anticipated a romantic disclosure one day was because of this. Their chemistry in every photograph taken of them together. In addition, they have reportedly spent time alone in each other’s apartments.
According to insiders, their friendship changed in June, when they were in London to record the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee for ABC exclusively, leaving the remaining staff buzzing about their odd closeness. Even the photographs they uploaded demonstrated their closeness at the time. Eventually, they ran at the New York City Marathon, headed towards the finish line together.
