In March 2021, it was revealed that relative newbies Joshua Boone (Wheels, Premature) and Solea Pfeiffer (The Good Fight, Curb Your Enthusiasm) would play the starring parts. Both have extensive theatrical and singing experience, with Pfeiffer performing as Elza Hamilton in the US tour of the popular musical Hamilton. Other cast members have not yet been announced.
